Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarına olan ilgi gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Özellikle ülkemizin yaygın ancak düşük enerji yoğunluklu rüzgârına uygun rüzgâr türbinleri üretilmemektedir. Bizler Model enerji olarak ülkemiz koşullarını iyi bilen ve onları yakından takip eden yerli bir üretici olarak “terzi dikimi” rüzgâr türbinleri üretip, onları devreye alarak, rüzgâr enerjisindeki verimliliği arttırmayı hedefledik. Bu özellik, Model Enerjiyi diğer firmalardan ayıran önemli özellikler arasında yer almaktadır. 

 

Model Enerji, ülkemizde bir ilke imza atarak, tamamıyla Türkiye’de üretilecek, uluslar arası alanda kabul edilen sertifikasyona sahip (Germanisher Lloyd),  yüksek kaliteli ve yüksek verimlilikteki 1650 kW (1,65 MW) rüzgâr türbini üretecektir. İlerleyen zamanlarda ayrıca Model Enerji,  2000 kW (2 MW) ve 2500 kW (2,5 MW) “Full Converter” rüzgâr türbinlerini de üretecektir.

        1.ÜRETİM:

       Rüzgâr Türbininde yüksek verim ve yüksek kalite gereksinimlerini karşılamak için bütün gerekli parçalarının, kendilerine ait standartlarda tanımlandığı üzere  
       kusursuz  bir şekilde üretimini sağlamaktır.

·   Rotor: Rotor kanatları,  Kanat Flanşı, Kanat yatağı ve kanat açı mekanizmalarını içermektedir.

·   Hareketli Mekanik parçalar ve kabin: Rotor Şaftı, Dişli kutusu, Kabin Yatağı ve Yön değiştirme mekanizmalarını içermektedir.

·   Elektrik Sistemi: Jeneratör, İnvertör, Kontrol Sistemleri,Transformatör, Kablolama ve başka elektrik parçalarını ,

·   Kule: Kule ve temelini içermektedir.

 

        2. MONTAJ:

       Bütün üretilen parçaların bir araya getirilmesi böylece aşağıdaki üç ana yapının elde edilmesidir:

·    Kanatlar

·    Kule

 

  3.KURULUŞ:

       Uygun bir rüzgâr çiftliğinde ana yapıların birleştirilerek rüzgâr türbini haline getirilmesidir.

 

  4. RÜZGÂR TÜRBİNİNİ DEVREYE ALMA: Rüzgâr Türbinin testlerinin ve çalışmalarının yapılmasıdır. Ayrıca türbinin bütün aksamının sırayla işlevsel hale getirilmesi

 ve elektrik üretimin kontrol edilmesidir.

The country's wind power capacity grew 198 percent to 146 MW in 2007. An additional 12 licensed projects with a capacity of over 600 MW are expected to be finalized by the end of 2009. The Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Agency is expected to offer licenses for up to 10,000 MW of wind energy in the years ahead and says 30,000 MW would eventually be feasible.

American Superconductor enters Turkey wind market

 

Model Enerji, Turkey's first megawatt-class wind turbine manufacturer, has acquired a license for the WT1650 wind turbine design from a leading American energy technology company.

Under the terms of the contract, Model Enerji has exclusive rights to manufacture, sell, install, operate and maintain the WT1650 in Turkey and has non-exclusive rights for surrounding Mediterranean and Eastern European countries. The license deal was announced last week by the American Superconductor Corporation, or AMSC.

İlk yerli türbin üretimi 2009'da

 

Model Enerji, American Superconductor Corporation (AMSC) lisansı ile Türkiye'nin ilk rüzgâr türbini üretimine 2009'da başlayacak.

AMSC'nin BSW'ya yaptığı açıklamaya göre Model Enerji, 1.65 megavatlık WT1650 türbinlerinin Türkiye'de üretim, satış, kurulum, çalıştırma ve bakım haklarına sahip olacak ve ürettiği türbinleri Akdeniz ülkeleri ve Doğu Avrupa ülkelerinde de satabilecek.

Açıklamaya göre, İstanbul merkezli Model Enerji üretimi Ankara'da yapmayı, ilk prototipleri 2009 ortasında faaliyete geçirmeyi, 2009 sonunda da üretime başlamayı planlıyor. Yeni kurulan Model Enerji'nin iş ortakları arasında Pars Makina ve SNC Kalite şirketleri yer alıyor.
